ATR’s Polaris RZR Chassis Package Upgrades Frame for Extreme Use
ATR now has complete chassis packages that include everything needed to strengthen the Polaris RZR chassis. The package includes ATR’s front and rear Chassis Bones that sleeve the upper and lower frame tubes and increase their thickness by 130%. The Chassis Bones also feature machined end pieces with rubber o-rings that seal the open tubes and keep out mud and water. The Chassis Bones firmly lock themselves in place using ATR’s unique torque lock system.

Also included is ATR’s rear Chassis Ribs that tie into the upper and lower A-arm mounting points and greatly add strength to the section of the frame where it receives a lot of stress. ATR’s Chassis components are 100% bolt-on and is a great piece of insurance to prevent from having to replace a damaged frame.
