XTREME OUTLAW Racing Attract Adrenaline Junkies from Across the United States Competing for Thousands in Cash and Prizes
RENO, NV APRIL 20, 2010 – Adrenaline junkies and inherent danger will be in the heart of Reno, NV for a series of events featuring freestyle jumping, Supermoto, a 250-mile desert race, autograph signings, Xtreme Girls, awards ceremonies and a pool party at the Grand Sierra Resort (GSR). Xtreme Sports Bar + Lounge inside GSR presents Xtreme Outlaw, Fathers Day Weekend June 17-20, in association with LivFast and Valley Off Road Racing Association (VORRA) sanctioning bodies, giving racers thousands of dollars in cash and prizes to compete for.
“We are extremely proud and excited to be a leader in producing events such as this, and bringing regional and national high action extreme sports to the Reno-Tahoe market,” said Richard Silverman the creator and founder of Xtreme Concepts, Xtreme Sports Bar + Lounge and President of Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
Xtreme Concepts is led by Richard Silverman, creator and founder of Xtreme Sports Bar + Lounge, who has created an atmosphere where all Xtreme Sports are hosted nightly. The full weekend Xtreme Outlaw event is broken down into several competitions:
The Xtreme LivFast Super Moto (XLSM) is a partnership between Xtreme Concepts, GSR and LivFast with Pro motorcycle and ATV racers going wheel to wheel. Supermoto is a half dirt, half asphalt track designed in the parking lot of the GSR where Pro Riders will compete on Saturday, and Sunday armatures will be able to take on the same track.
The Xtreme Freestyle Motocross (XLFM) will be LivFast’s professional racing exhibition team who will throw themselves and their bikes 30+ feet into the air completing a variety of dangerous stunts.
The Xtreme Outlaw Off-Road (XO2) is a desert race sanctioned by Valley Off Road Racing Association (VORRA) and produced by Xtreme Concepts, Off Road Innovations of Reno and GSR. Legendary Rod Hall has had a leading role in building the 250-mile course that will start and end at GSR and challenge the rough Nevada desert with high horsepower desert trucks and cars.
The Xtreme Outlaw Off-Road (XO2) desert race and Xtreme LivFast Super Moto (XLSM) amateur events welcome riders of all levels of experience. Those interested may register online NOW at http://www.grandsierraresort.com/xtreme-outlaws/ Limited spots are available.
