Borich and Yoshimura: Champions Again

Chino, California – October 11, 2010 – Yoshimura Suzuki’s Chris Borich won his tenth race of the season on his way to becoming the 2010 ATV GNCC Champion at the Power Line Park GNCC in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

Borich started the race near the front and rode patiently in the opening stages of the race. It wasn’t until the halfway point that he began to make his attack, methodically picking off riders on his way to the lead. As the laps wound down, Borich put the Yoshimura power to the ground and would not be denied the championship. He crossed the finish line uncontested for his tenth win of the season and, most importantly, another number one plate.

“The Yoshimura products worked awesome today,” said Borich after the race. “It was a rough track, but the bike worked awesome and the Yoshimura motor just hooked up and went. The whole season has been flawless and I’m happy to wrap up the championship! I’d just like to thank Yoshimura for all their support and hope to be back next year!”

With only one race remaining, Borich and Yoshimura hope to make it 11 wins on the season at the renowned Ironman GNCC in Crawfordsville, Indiana on October 23-24.
