The skid plate protects the tank when the vehicle is subjected to off-road conditions, and delivers piece of mind to anyone worried about damage from highway debris that might be kicked up by the passenger side tire.
The skid plate #87030, is precision laser cut from a single sheet of steel, and includes two heavy-duty mounting brackets and hardware. It easily bolts on to the vehicle without any drilling, to protect the tank from punctures, dents or being crushed against a rock.
