Beatercross Is Back This Thursday – New Start Time, New Rules

| June 22, 2011

BeaterCross is the The Must See Event of Summer; and ERX is the Place with Live Music from Regular Crowd

The twisted form of auto racing we affectionately call BeaterCross returns for another round of mayhem this Thursday night. After a second round of racing that saw full gates (maximum of 16 cars or trucks) in two of the three classes, participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register for round three action.

All competitors will want to take note as two rule changes are being implemented. First, a rule change requiring a  system will go into effect immediately and will be strictly enforced for round three. In addition, will be enforced. The hot-lap restriction will require all racers to be present and participate in hot laps at the designated 5:15 to 5:45 time slot. Any racer, including those who have pre-registered, who fails to show up and participate in the hot-lap session, will not be allowed to compete.

With the number of racers registered, the growing crowds, and the changes to the hot-lap format, racing will now commence at 6:00pm.

New ERX BeaterCross Schedule of Events:

• 2:30 PM – GATE OPENS TO DRIVERS
• 3:00-5:00 PM – REGISTRATION AND TECH INSPECTION
• 5:00-5:15PM – DRIVERS MEETING IN ERX CHALET (ATTENDANCE REQUIRED)

• 6:00 PM – RACES START
