Arizona Premier of the 2011 Griffin King of the Hammers Movie

| August 8, 2011

The Arizona Premier of the 2011 Griffin King of the Hammers movie, Valley of the Kings, hosted by Fly-N-Hi Total Performance Center and in association with Hammerking Productions was a huge success! Over 160 people attended the event including the King himself, 2011 Griffin King of the Hammers Champion, Shannon Campbell.  Also in attendance were Rock Crawling legend Tracy Jordan, along with KOH UTV champion Brandon Schueler. Arizona KOH competitors in attendance included Jack Adams (who has finished in the top 25% in the last 4 KOH races), Jeremy Hammer and Sam Steinman. Fly-N-Hi Total Performance Center and Hammerking Productions is proud to donate the proceeds of the premier to Del Albright with The Blue Ribbon Coalition with an earmark for the Johnson Valley Trails.

Dave Cole with Hammerking Productions, Inc is the brain power behind The King of the Hammer’s which is an off-road race held on the Means Dry Lake bed in the desert of Johnson Valley, CA.  The race is perhaps the toughest one day desert race in the world.  With only 100 pre qualified drivers in the race itself. The course is a challenge in every aspect, so challenging that less than 50% of the entrants finish the race! The Griffin King of the Hammer’s incorporates both open desert racing with the worlds toughest rock trails, and brings more than 20,000 spectators from all over the country to witness the full week of racing activities.  With trail names like Outer Limits and Back Door – which both bring the largest spectator population – the drivers and their trucks have to be prepared for the best and the worst of times!  Jeremy Hammer of Fly-N-Hi Total Performance Center states that “The movie and the video footage are highly entertaining for anyone – racers and non-racers alike!”
