SANDFEST CANCELLED

After extensive market research the SANDFEST committee has decided to CANCEL SANDFEST
2013 and future events until further notice.

This difficult decision has been made based on the low number of potential participants in any
of the forms of racing, as well as a wholistic change in the ATV marketplace. These factors
coupled with a growing difficulty of obtaining qualified vendors & sponsors that are interested
in supporting the ATV industry, have made the costs associated with hosting the event a non-
financially sound platform for growth.

The costs of an event this size requires a significant number of participants to then draw an
even larger number of spectators and with the participant level where it has been in recent
years the spectator level that is necessary is not achievable.
