Heavy Duty DragonFire A-Arms & Gusset Kits for Polaris XP 1000!
Do you even lift bro? Here at DragonFire that’s a silly question because the answer will always be no! Then again, we are referring to the gas pedal not the gym. Since dirt and high speed go together, we have always designed our products to withstand the punishment found off-road. Take for example the new Polaris XP1K: This brute has more than enough power to start bending and breaking things when you start pushing it past the limits, so we have developed some race-worthy solutions. First off we created heavy duty lower A-arms. Keeping stock geometry, we increased the strength by using larger diameter Chromoly tubing and TIG-welding it together. We then decided to offer multiple colors so that you can get the strength without compromising style. Next, we looked at the frame, specifically the A-arm mounting tabs. Long story short, people have literally ripped arms out of the frame. Based on DragonFire’s years of experience building race machines, we know that gusseting is key to a sturdy front end. We have taken all the guesswork out of it by designing a laser cut steel gusset kit. Just by bolting this kit on, you more than double the thickness of stock suspension mounting tabs, dramatically increasing the strength of the front-end. Combine DragonFire’s HD A-arms with our gusset kits and even the craziest riders should be ready to test the limits of the XP1K!
