UV Country Plans Move from Houston to Alvin

UV Country of Houston is planning to move its Kawasaki operations to Alvin, TX, with the purchase of a former auto dealership there.

UV Country been a Kawasaki dealership since 2002. It sells, services, outfits and customizes Kawasaki MULES and TERYXs.

According to the Alvin Sun, UV Country Inc. hopes to double its staff of 17 over the two years after it moves to the 19,900 square foot facility on 8.25 acres at the FM 528/Hwy 35 South Bypass.

“We want our customers to have the ‘wow factor’ from the moment they drive through our gates to the moment they walk through our doors,” President Shannon Tracy told the newspaper.  The business is a Veteran/Woman-owned Small Business.
