2009-7-5 Pismo Testing  (21)Hot Ride’s New Standard RZR 2008 to 2010 +10″ per side for a total of +20″ Overall Wider Long Travel Kit with over 17.5 inches of travel for the Polaris RZR, is now ready for the Serious Racer or Someone who just want the best suspension available for the Polaris RZR giving you an advantage over the stock RZR and RZR-S suspensions.

This suspension has been developed using best 4130 material. This suspension has been tested at full speed through moguls and jumps, always handling great and taking anything we could throw at it with no problems or failures of any kind what so ever. This Kit is ready for whatever you can throw at it and will not let you down.

We only use top quality parts, 300m Axles, Bilestien Shocks, and Eibach Springs. The A-Arm’s width +10″ on each side and +2.5″ on the front forward and the rear is +3″, giving you over 17.5 inches of  Wheel Travel.

2009-7-5 Pismo Testing  (14)These change make the RZR much more stable through the rough stuff and prevents the RZR rear end from floating, bucking and coming around on you, giving you a much more comfortable safe ride at any speed. The Kits comes Powder Coated and plated hardware comes standard. Kit include Axles, Arms and Shocks steering extension and steering stops, heim joints and studs, stainless steel braided brake line , all hardware needed to assemble and the frame stiffening plates, Frame Bones. You may choose a single coat Powder Coating color of your choice to match your ride.
