1st Annual Trick Tools Open House and “Hands-On” Metal Shaping Seminars

Van Sant Enterprises, Inc of Pella, IA will be having their 1st Annual Open House on Saturday March 6, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with lunch provided.  A Metal Shaping Basics Seminar will run from 10:30 to 12:00, a Power Hammer / Planishing Hammer Seminar will run from 12:30 to 2:00 PM & an English Wheel Seminar will run from 2:30 to 3:30 PM.

Beat the winter blues by coming and learning from two of the best metal shapers today: Clay Cook, owner of C. Cook Enterprises and Autofab, along with Jim Rettick, founder of MetalAce.  They will each be giving a free metal shaping seminar at the new Trick-Tools location in Pella, IA.  You can learn basic metal shaping techniques, and see power hammer and English Wheel demonstrations.  Plus, both gentlemen will be around during the entire open house to show you equipment and answer questions!
Also, you can see the new Trick Tools order fulfillment warehouse and many of the other tools and  machines that we offer.  Meet the staff, browse quality tools, and learn a lot about shaping metal!

Trick Tools is also offering an In-Depth, Hands-On Metal Shaping Seminar on Sunday March 7th, 2010 with Master Metal Shaper Clay Cook.  The seminar is the day after our 1st Annual Open House and will be from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with lunch provided.

The seminar will cover: Pullmax machine & die use; English Wheel Techniques; Hand Tool Usage; Planishing Hammer & die use; Paper Pattern making; and the use of Wood Bucks & Wire Frames for quality parts.
