Wide Open Design puts their years of performance chassis building experience behind an entirely new roll cage system for the Polaris RZR and RZR-XP line.

Race inspired lines and a focus on safety and fitment all add up to one of a kind roll cage for the Polaris RZR-XP and RZR built by Wide Open Design.

Wide Open Design is known for off road industry trendsetting fabrication styles and building durable high-speed racing chassis. That experience and design style is now being applied to a full line of roll cages for the Polaris RZR lineup. Several build options are available including tube type (4130, mild steel DOM) and weld type (MIG or TIG). Cages are shipped fully welded and can be packaged with easy-release harness clips, one-piece aluminum roofs, spare tire holders and more. Cages are now in stock and ready to ship for the new RZR-XP.

Wide Open Design’s RZR XP Cage Kit.

We have designed a cage kit with Safety and Comfort in mind.

Our RZR XP kit is offered in a couple standard platforms.

Kit form: All tubes bent and notched where all you have to do is minor fitting and weld it together. This kit is built out of 1.5″ x .120 wall DOM.

DOM Welded form: This form will be completely mig welded in our in house jigs to ensure a proper fit. All the end user has to do is paint or powdercoat the cage and install it. This is built out of 1.5″ x .120 wall DOM.

Chromoly Welded form: This form will be completely tig welded in our in house jigs to ensure a proper fit. All the end user has to do is paint or powdercoat the cage and install it. This is built out of 1.5″ x .095 wall Chromoly.

Seat belt tabs can be added to all configurations. The tabs pictured above are designed to be used with our quick release harness tabs and the OEM harnesses.
