OR-Fab’s Jeep JK Wrangler Mid-Width Bumpers Provide Light & Compact Front-End Protection

Chino Valley, AZ – OR-Fab designed two new Jeep JK Wrangler bumpers with a mid-width length, to provide strong front-end protection that’s compact, lightweight and less bulky than most full sheet-metal bumpers currently available.

The bumpers are manufactured from 3/16-inch steel plate that is precision laser cut and, CNC press-brake formed to ensure a perfect fit into the factory OEM bumper mounts. The tapered-edges and mid-width design extend to the inside lip of the vehicle’s fenders, and improve approach angles with tires as large as 37-inches in diameter.

OR-Fab’s mid-width bumpers also feature a 2.5-inch diameter steel grill guard with light mount tabs, and two integrated auxiliary light pockets located at each end of the bumper. Two reinforced D-ring mounts, mounting hardware and two heavy-duty D-rings are also included. OR-Fab PN-83229 (pictured above) is manufactured for an offset integrated winch, while OR-Fab PN- 83230 is manufactured for a standard center winch mount.

All OR-Fab mid-width bumpers are made in the U.S.A and fit 2007-2012 model Jeep JK Wranglers. They are also available in either a wrinkle or gloss black, heavy-duty powdercoat finish.
